Wedding

Many wedding couples prefer their photographer to be out of sight and let the day naturally unfold. That makes total sense since it is their special day and a great way to capture those spontaneous moments. However, with a purely reportage or photojournalistic style you may later regret not having those group images of your close family and friends. After all, how often do all your family and friends get to celebrate such a unique and happy event together? That is why at Ian Temple Photography we tend to mix unobtrusive photojournalism with some naturally posed traditional groupings and special artistic portraits of the couple. Of course, if it's your wedding day then it's your choice.

Every wedding is a unique event, so each package includes a face to face consultation and pre-wedding shoot with Ian to ensure he understands your specific requirements and photographic preferences. While we offer a range of standard packages, each may be tailored to your personal needs and budget.

Standard package prices start from £935, with a deposit payable on booking.

Wedding Extras

Engagement Taster Sessions

We also offer engagement taster sessions to help you decide if Ian Temple Photography is right for you and which of the photographic styles you most prefer. These are a form of lifestyle and portrait package with prices starting at £65. If you then choose to book us for your wedding we will refund this fee.

This service is available to all couples, not just potential wedding clients.

Boudoir

Boudoir portraits serve to celebrate the female form in various styles and settings and make a special gift for a partner, friend or loved one. Shoots of this kind are either based in your home or a studio and are handled by Ian and his female assistant with considerable respect and sensitivity.

Prices start from £65, payable on booking. An additional charge of £100 or more is applied for the services of a professional makeup artist.

Events

Our event photography service provides clients with professional images of their special event or occasion. This service covers celebrations such as christenings, birthdays, engagements, anniversaries and retirement parties in addition to school and college proms, dog shows, fundraisers and corporate functions.

Depending on your needs our team can photograph the details of your event, provide a professional mobile portrait studio for your guests with instant prints from our high quality printer, or both.

Lifestyle & Studio Portraits

Stunning... Energetic... Sensual... Romantic... Love... Friendship... Family bonds... Lifestyle portrait... sessions involve a journey starting at your home or other chosen location and allow us to capture the essence of you in a variety of meaningful settings.

Ian combines his relaxed approach, imagination, technical skill and sensitive direction with the variety of contrasting backdrops from your journey to produce a range of fresh and natural images - Unique and personal images of you, your friends and family where your spontaneity, individuality and bonds of love and friendship shine through. Each shoot is relaxed, full of activity and spontaneous fun and laughter - a truly enjoyable experience.

More formal portraits are invariably shot at your home with our mobile studio kit or a rented studio. Ian's creative approach and experience of using studio lighting will provide you with a wide selection of stunning images, whether for your corporate literature, formal passport or family portrait.

Bumps & Babies

Ian Temple Photography provides a flexible service for expectant mothers. Shoots of this kind are either based in your home or a studio and are handled by Ian and his female assistant with considerable respect and sensitivity. Whether you choose a single portrait session or our 9 month portfolio option to capture the development of your pregnancy and child, we will provide you with unique and personal images of this special time to cherish and share.

Pet Photography

Some of us have special four legged friends or work with animals. Ian Temple Photography are pleased to offer a special type of lifestyle portrait service for you, your pets and other animals. In fact you may wish to combine this with a family lifestyle portrait session. As for our other lifestyle services, this type of photographic session is taken at a location of your choice. Our wellies, walking boots and waterproofs are always at the ready.

As the official photographer at the West Sussex Lurcher Club dog show, Ian and his team are experienced in action photography, handling a range of lively dog breeds and capturing those special moments and expressions.
